Sara Ellis
Aanchal Behara and William Peng (both Math-Science seniors) have been named as winners of the Kiwanis Club of Birmingham 2025 Youth of the Year Scholarship Award. The Kiwanis Club of Birmingham will recognize them during the Youth of the Year luncheon ceremony, where the overall winner of the Youth of the Year will be announced.
Their selection as a finalist and scholarship and scholarship recipient was based on their scholarship, citizenship, leadership, and community service, as evidenced through written applications and interviews with the Youth of the Year Committee. The finalists were selected from one of the largest applicant pools in the Club's history. Congratulations to these seniors for their hard work and accomplishments!
